TERMS & CONDITIONS
Whilst we do our best to represent size for price guide, we have the right to adjust any inaccurate transactions. Please make your selections from the menu carefully. If you are unsure please arrange a standalone consultation first.
If you do not wish to pay in full then a deposit fee of $50 is payable to confirm booking. We accept most payment options including Credit Card, Direct Deposit or Cash. The remainder fee is payable direct to the technician on the day of your appointment upon arrival. After Pay is also available in store and can be arrange at the time of consultation. A GST compliant tax invoice will be supplied from NO INK Pty Ltd upon request.
NO INK schedule your technician for your appointment at the time your deposit is paid so please inform us as soon as you are become aware of needing to cancel. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in a loss of $50 deposit. Cancellations that involve pre-paid packages, discounted rate or promotion, these cannot be refunded at all. Cancellations for annual packages cannot be rebooked for 3 weeks thereafter, forfeiting that session block.
If you cancel an appointment outside of 48 hours you will be refunded the deposit for that particular service or it can be kept aside for future appointment up to 30 days. If the discount provided is greater than the remainder booking-package fee of that particular service cancelled, then no deposit fee will be returned. Package sessions and annual sessions cannot be refunded at all.
