TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using Our Website in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE 5 MINS EARLY, ARRIVALS MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COSTS AND/OR POSSIBLE CANCELLATION

Payment: We offer a variety of payment options including; Online, Credit Card, EFT, EFTPOS

Support: You are welcome to bring a friend or a family member but they are to remain seated in the waiting room. It is our salon policy that children under 10 cannot attend appointments with you. This is for their own safety and smooth operation in our busy salon.

Location: Our current location is based in Brompton, a council approved and fully accredited studio. Please plan your route prior to allow enough travel time. Unfortunately we cannot always accommodate late arrivals.

*Deposits: We require all tattoo removal service deposits to be paid in full to secure the booking. All deposits are non refundable. This policy has been set in place due to high increase of no shows.

***Cancellations/Late Arrivals/No Shows:
Please arrive promptly, we are a busy salon and any late arrivals more than 20 mins will be cancelled.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit, pre-paid service, voucher or promotion.
If you cancel outside of 24 hour window we will keep the credit on your account for your next booking. Re bookings must be arranged within 7 days.
